To which countries is delivery possible and how much are the shipping costs?
Shipping of the products is currently possible to the following countries:
Germany : Shipping costs 6.19€ (with tracking & liability up to 500€).
Luxembourg : Standard shipping - €4.80.
France: Shipping costs 12€ (with tracking & liability up to 500€).
Belgium: Shipping costs 12€ (with tracking & liability up to 500€)
Netherlands : Shipping costs 12€ (with tracking & liability up to 500€)

Is it possible to send to a packing station?
Yes, that's not a problem.
What is an open box or close box?
This is a great way to save on shipping. By opening a box with an order, you automatically let me know that I'm not sending your jewelry yet, but rather keeping it with me so I can potentially snag more pieces to add to the list in a future shop update.
This way, you only pay for shipping once, receive a single delivery, and at the same time do something for the environment, as less packaging material is used and fewer CO2 emissions are produced.

What can I do if I'm interested in a piece of jewelry but am unsure about the size/color?
For all pieces of jewelry, you will always find the exact size in the item description as well as a wearing picture to give you a better idea.

Is it possible to purchase gift vouchers?

Do you also offer custom-made products?
I would be happy to create custom pieces of jewelry for you, whether it's partner jewelry, several identical pieces (for a bachelor party, for example), wedding jewelry, or simply to realize an idea of yours.
