To which countries is delivery possible and how much are the shipping costs?
Shipping of the products is currently possible to the following countries:
Germany : Shipping costs 6.19€ (with tracking & liability up to 500€).
Luxembourg : Standard shipping - €4.80.
France: Shipping costs 12€ (with tracking & liability up to 500€).
Belgium: Shipping costs 12€ (with tracking & liability up to 500€)
Netherlands : Shipping costs 12€ (with tracking & liability up to 500€)

You already have an Open Box and would like to add something else.
➡️ Shipping is free and I'll include the new jewelry pieces in your Open Box.
✅ CLOSEBOX
You want me to send your Open Box out completely now .
➡️ Shipping costs will be calculated and I will ship everything together.
How long will my Open Box stay open?
Your Open Box will remain open for a maximum of 60 days .
How do I close my Open Box?
It's very simple: Use the code CLOSEBOX with your last order.
Then your Open Box will be sent.
Can I use OPENBOX or FOXYADD if I don't already have Open Box?
✅ You can use OPENBOX anytime if you want to collect your first order.
✅ FOXYADD is only useful if you already have an Open Box with me.
What can I do if I'm interested in a piece of jewelry but am unsure about the size/color?
For all pieces of jewelry, you will always find the exact size in the item description as well as a wearing picture to give you a better idea.

Is it possible to purchase gift vouchers?

Do you also offer custom-made products?
