Return period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. In this case, please contact me by email at fox.creations@outlook.com

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Custom-made or personalized orders

- Jewelry in worn or damaged condition

Return costs

The buyer is responsible for shipping costs for returns. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value. Returns will be insured.
